About

We built this after reviewing 600 contractor websites and finding the same gap in almost every one.

PWRXC1 started with research, not a sales pitch. We scored 600 home-service contractor websites across the Kansas City metro against an eight-point conversion rubric. Four hundred twenty of them scored 70 or better. They were, by any normal standard, good websites. And almost every one of them was missing the same two things: a way for a customer to actually book, and any indication of who they'd be hiring. That gap is the entire reason this company exists.

What we believe

The traffic problem is usually solved already.

Most contractors we talk to don't need more visitors. They need the visitors they have to turn into scheduled work. That's a systems problem, not an advertising problem.

Infrastructure beats redesign.

A prettier website with the same missing booking flow converts the same. We install the mechanism first and let the design serve it.

We'll tell you if it doesn't fit.

The audit is free and genuinely diagnostic. If your customer value or lead volume doesn't support what we charge, we say so on the call rather than sell you a system you won't get value from.

Who you'll work with

You will not be handed to an account manager. Both of us work on every build.

Malcolm Ross

Co-Founder

Malcolm grew up in the Seattle–Tacoma area, where technology and starting things were just part of the background — close enough to watch how software companies actually get built, and young enough to find that fascinating rather than routine. Moving to Missouri put him next to a completely different economy: construction and home services, with deep roots, real demand, and almost none of the systems thinking he'd grown up around. PWRXC1 came out of that gap — Seattle's approach to conversion and measurement, pointed at the trades that actually build the Kansas City metro.

Trysten Miller

Co-Founder

Trysten has been fixated on ownership since he was young enough for the idea to sound unrealistic — not the trappings of it, but the specific difference between working inside someone else's system and building one of your own. His instinct runs to the back end of a business: the pipelines, the follow-up, the operational plumbing that decides whether a good lead ever becomes a paid job — which is most of what PWRXC1 actually installs.

Where we work
